Spaghetti and meat scones

So this is another super easy, super delicious and super fast meal that you can make, that all of the family will love!

Turn your oven on and set it to 190 degrees.

To start off you will need to make the meat scones. In a blender add a onion, cooked down spinach, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp Italian herbs, a handful of fresh parsley and basil and, a touch of oil and blend. Once you have made this smooth, add it to a bowl along with 300g turkey mince. Now this mix will be wet, and to make it mouldable you just need to add some flour. Just keep adding flour until you have a scone like batter left. This is why they are called meat scones.

Once you have made the mix, you will need to make the scones, I made mine slightly bigger but that was my personal preference.

Place your meat scones into preheated pan and lightly fry on both sides. Once you have caramelised all sides of your meat scones you can now make your sauce. Add a jar of passata to the pan with the meat scones. Roughly chop up some garlic, basil and onion and put that into the passata. Lightly season your pan before placing it into the oven to carry on cooking through. Whilst your pan is in the oven you have time to cook you pasta and grate your cheese.
