Orange chicken.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.

Peel some potatoes and thinly slice them. Place them into an oven safe pot. Add a few knobs of butter and season them. Place them into the oven for 15 minutes before adding your chicken to the oven.

Slice some oranges into nice and thick slices and place them on a large sheet of tin foil. Next place the chicken breasts on top. Season the breasts with some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper then place some more of the orange slices on top of the chicken. Wrap the chicken up with the rest of the tin foil and place into the oven until the chicken is cooked. This will take approximately 20 minutes.

Finally, into a saucepan add the juice out of the tinfoil which you cooked your chicken in. Add a tablespoon of sugar to sweeten it up and let it boil until it has gone thick. Pour this over your chicken before serving.
